Location: Paignton
Hourly Wage: £11.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve internal queries related to the Shop, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Perform thorough testing for the introduction of new Shop features, guaranteeing seamless integration and user experience.
• Collect and analyze feedback on business successes and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision making.
• Serve as a champion for the Shop both internally and externally, promoting its benefits and value.
• Train and support colleagues on all aspects of the Shop, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and expertise.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement shop promotions, content, and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate product data on the shop through Qnetex, Eraudus, and Opri maintenance, ensuring up-to-date information and optimal user experience.
• Manage communication with suppliers, building strong relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
• Proven experience in analyzing large datasets, extracting insights, and presenting findings.
• Background in product data or data administration, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
