About the Role
We have a permanent, part-time opportunity available to join our Northern regional team as a Data Administrator. This is a clinical support position that plays a vital role in the delivery of the school‑based immunisation programme. This role is responsible for accurate and timely data entry of immunisation records, ensuring information is correctly recorded within relevant clinical systems. In addition, the role supports routine Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR) checks to confirm immunisation status, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with programme and Ministry of Health requirements. By supporting clinical teams with these essential data processes, the role directly contributes to safe, effective, and well‑coordinated immunisation service delivery.

About you
You're able to establish and maintain positive working relationships. You have proven organisational skills with the ability to think ahead, use initiative, establish priorities and meet deadlines whilst preserving high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
NCEA Level 1 or above
Clean New Zealand driver licence desired
3+ years' experience in clerical or administrative work
Experience in using and managing databases
Proven ability to work in teams and autonomously
Competent with Microsoft software, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proven organisational skills with the ability to think ahead, use initiative, establish priorities and meet deadlines whilst preserving high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
Previous experience in applying critical thinking and using sound judgement to problem solve and develop options
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships
