Job Title: Sr.Analyst
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift Timings: 6 pm to 4 am IST (Night shift)

Job Overview: - As an integral member of the Head – Delivery & Operations office team, the Sr. Analyst is responsible for understanding the data and generating great incremental insights for driving the business. This will include the design, development, implementation, and support of critical MIS reports using MS Excel and other tools while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Job and Responsibilities:
• Analyze, interpret, cleanse and process data to throw insights for designing various business initiatives and evaluating their effectiveness.
• This should significantly contribute toward effective utilization of management bandwidth thereby resulting in swift and robust decision-making.
• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Support the production of quality reports by developing reporting processes and identifying the areas where value can be added.
• Identify the facts in data and understand and manage a range of analytical and modeling projects from inception to delivery.
• Own end-to-end data insights generation for the management team.
• Communicate complex data incomprehensible ways.
• Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Interact with internal teams to resolve any issues with process inputs/systems.
• Identify and implement key operational, financial and historical measurements to use in operational day-to-day management.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from the stakeholders relating to the various deliverables.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualification:
• At least two years in a project support or data orientated role.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience of managing/ handling data.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, esp. Advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze data efficiently and advanced skills in presentation of data.
• Knowledge of data profiling and proven experience in data mining, collation and dashboard creation.
• Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels within the business; confident in one’s ability to anticipate what is needed.
• Good understanding of business drivers and service standards with a proactive approach to service improvement
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to changes in the working practices and procedures.
• Experience in using statistical techniques in a business environment.
• Preferably the experience of or flair to learn SQL or SQL server.
• Excellent time management & organization skills with proven ability to self-manage, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• The desired candidate should preferably be a Graduate in Engineering or Mathematics / Statistics with advanced degree/certification in Management / Business Analytics and 2 – 4 years of professional experience
