What you’ll do at Ather:
A breakthrough product, overwhelming initial response, a highly engaged community, and a retail partner network capable of taking us pan-India. The Ather 450X is at the forefront of a historic transformation of two-wheeler commute in India.
EVs are poised to account or 25% share in the Indian automotive Industry by 2025 and the scooter industry will lead this shift in demand. It is widely estimated that by 2025, 35-40% of scooters sold will be electric. Having geared up manufacturing and supply chain for this kind of scale, our focus now is on caling up to deliver a 3X growth year on year over the coming years.
To enable this, you will provide cutting-edge rewards, benefits, digital and analytics solutions to enable a pioneering people experience by:
• Keeping ahead of new trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
• Designing and revising innovative & creative reward and benefit practices
• Analyzing and recommending custom-fit rewards solutions based on market intelligence, compensation surveys and emerging / future trends in the workforce and industry
• Introducing innovative and complex reward instruments
• Providing insights and analytics to support organizational efficiency
• Enhancing compensation and benefits experience for people through state-of-the-art digital interface systems and processes
• Complying with all applicable rules and regulations around people rewards and benefits
• Developing and delivering education programs and communication material on compensation offerings and HRMS systems
• HRMS systems ready for audit / due-diligence anytime with impeccable data accuracy and controls
• Ensuring real-time data dashboards to predict outcomes and results
• Monitoring compensation trends and budget spends
Here’s what we are looking for:
• Consulting experience in people rewards and benefits practices
• Served as a member of the compensation and benefits team with direct involvement in compensation surveys, annual compensation revision, monthly payroll and any other compensation related changes for employees
• Familiar with diverse reward tools, not limited to ESOP, ESPP SARS, CCPS etc.
• Exposure to process-oriented organizations
• Part of a team implementing new age HRMS such as Darwinbox, Workday, Cornerstone etc.
• Designed people-friendly compensation structures compliant with all applicable regulations
• Derived and presented insights from data with way-forward recommendations
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced skills in spreadsheet and presentation tools
• Creative and fluent writing skills
• Work experience of 3-5 years
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Able to engage with multiple stakeholders
• Able to operate independently and work together with teams.
• Exposure to a start-up environment and rapid organization growth over a period of 2-3 years
