Job Title: Data Analyst Fresher
We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Data Analyst (Fresher) who is eager to dive into data, uncover insights, and support data-driven decisions across marketing, tech, and operations.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal tools, Excel sheets, Google Analytics, and databases.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
• Assist in identifying business trends, performance gaps, and improvement areas.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Tech) to support ongoing reporting needs.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and support in creating visualizations.
Requirements-
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic formulas.
• Understanding of data analysis concepts, basic statistics, and visualization.
• Familiar with SQL and tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills and a proactive, self-learning mindset.
• Bonus: Academic projects, internship experience, or certifications in data analysis.
