About the job:

Role: Full time + Onsite
Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and manage all shoots including Static shoots, video shoots, reels and on-ground content.
• Work closely with brand managers, content creators, designers, videographers and clients to understand shoot requirements and deliverables.
• Create and manage shoot schedules, call sheets, shot lists and timelines.
• Coordinate locations, props, equipment, permissions and logistics.
• Overlook and supervise the shoot on-ground to ensure the execution goes exactly according to the plan, creative brief and timelines.
• Ensure all creative and brand guidelines are followed during shoots.
• Manage on-set execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle last-minute changes, troubleshooting and problem-solving on shoot days.
• Organise and track footage, photos and deliverables post-shoot.
• Ensure deadlines are met and assets are shared with the relevant teams.
• Maintain clear communication between all stakeholders before, during and after shoots.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 13 years of experience in content production, shoots, creative agencies or media environments (freshers with strong organisational skills are welcome).
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple teams.
• Understanding of social media, content formats and creative workflows.
• Familiarity with production workflows, cameras, lighting or editing tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work on shoots that may happen outside standard office hours when required.
