Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Coordinate with the BI team to create custom reports and dashboards for the marketing team.
2. Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports using Google Data Studio, Excel, and Google Analytics.
3. Develop and implement Google Analytics tracking and reporting. Configure and maintain Tag Manager and other analytics tools to track user behavior, site performance, and conversions.
4. Test campaigns, ad copies, and landing pages analyze key metrics and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
5. Work closely with the development team to ensure data flows properly into CRM systems and verify that integrations like Google Analytics and GTM function correctly.
6. Audit marketing fields of leads captured in the CRM to ensure data accuracy and correct attribution.
7. Develop actionable insights from data analysis and present learnings, including recommendations.
8. Provide support to other internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing) for specific data analysis needs.
+. Collaborate with project managers to understand their analytics needs, focusing on critical metrics and KPIs and delivering actionable insights to decision-makers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics or computer science.
2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, and SQL.
3. Extensive experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including implementation, configuration, and reporting.
4. Demonstrated success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment in the marketing department.
5. Strong passion for Data Analysis and Digital Marketing.
6. Excellent data interpretation and logical aptitude.
