eTrade Online - one of the fast-growing company in the eCommerce ecosystem and is looking for data-driven analytics professionals to be a part of our hyper-growth Phase.
We are looking for team members who can use data to generate insights that drive critical decisions, want to work with a team who lives and breathes data, are excited with the growth prospects, and want to drive the growth.
Role & Responsibility:
Ø Responsible for handling large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems
Ø Identify, analyze, interpret trends or patterns and develop forecasts in complex data sets
Ø Own, develop and maintain Metrics/KPIs allowing more granular explanations of weekly/monthly/quarterly business report trends
Ø Build data pipelines and dashboards to self-serve data needs
Ø Support senior leadership on business decisions through insights derived from data
Ø Able to convert data into actionable reports/KPIs with respect to business.
Ø Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Required :
Ø 3 - 5 years experience as a data analyst or in a related analytics area.
Ø Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, to solve complex database and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ø Experience with advanced MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL a must
Ø High competency in written/verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Ø Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management
Ø Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
Ø A Master's degree especially from IIM, ISB, XLRI, MDI, IMP, SP Jain, IMT, Great Lakes and other top-tier B-schools will be preferred
Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as eCommerce, Retail and FMCG, etc is preferred
