Role:
We are looking for a Data Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to drive data-led decision-making in a high-impact healthcare setting. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, manage data hygiene, generate insights, and support business reviews that improve operational efficiency and growth.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain dashboards and MIS across marketing, patient funnel, finance, and doctor performance
Clean, consolidate, and manage databases across CRM, HIS, billing, and call tracking tools
Create automated reports for leadership using Excel, Google Sheets, and/or BI tools
Support weekly review cadences with actionable insights, deep dives, and growth analysis
Identify dataled opportunities for improving OPDtosurgery conversion, PRO ROI, CAC, and other KPIs
Assist with cohort analysis, territory benchmarking, and centrelevel performance reviews
Performance targets:
Accuracy and timeliness of reports and dashboards
Data hygiene and integrity across CRM and field inputs
Funnel analytics and contribution to operational improvements
Turnaround time on adhoc insight requests
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare, consumer tech, or operations heavy environments
Strong in Excel, SQL, and any BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Comfortable with messy, realworld data — and driving clarity from chaos
Strong communicator, structured thinker, problem solver
