Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management:
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources, including OTAs and internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to reservations, revenues, and operational metrics.
• Generate customized reports for management, including performance analysis and trend forecasting.
• System Monitoring:
• Maintain and monitor the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system issues promptly.
• Analysis & Insights:
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with various departments such as operations, sales, and marketing to fulfill their data requirements.
• Assist in process improvement and automation of reporting tasks.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to data protection policies and organizational standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for all reports and processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of database management and query languages (SQL preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience: 1–3 years in an MIS or similar data-centric role is preferred.
