Job Description
Our Client is seeking a dedicated data analyst, working remotely, to research and evaluate outcomes, policy, regulations and compliance. This work supports the planning, implementation, enhancement, and review as well as enforcement and compliance capacity.
Consultant can be located anywhere in Canada but must be available to work Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm PST. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
Proficient in all typical MS Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Proficient in SharePoint, MS Teams
Experience in data analytics including layering of data trends
Experience with Aggregate data from multiple sources. Ability to scrape and integrate data from multiple platforms and sources.
Experience analyzing trends, data wrangling and cleaning.
Experience creating custom reports and ad hoc insights.
Experience building dashboards that are updated regularly and are easy to navigate.
Experience ensuring data privacy and compliance with local regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise reports and ad hoc analysis
Knowledge of Tempest (Prospero, Call for Service, etc.)
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Nice To Have Skills
Knowledge of platform data
Working knowledge of bylaws
