About the Role
As Deel continues to grow rapidly across markets and verticals, the volume and complexity of RFx requests (RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires) have surged—creating a critical need for a dedicated RFP expert within our Deal Desk team. We're looking for a Senior Deal Desk Associate, RFP who is passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting revenue growth by leading the end-to-end RFP process.
This role will own intake, prioritization, and execution of RFPs, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Security, and Product to deliver high-quality, compelling, and timely responses that showcase Deel’s capabilities. You’ll be a trusted partner to the Sales team, ensuring we win competitive deals through strategic, polished, and efficient RFP execution—all while helping to scale and optimize the RFP function for the future.
What You’ll Do
• Own the full RFP lifecycle: intake, qualification, project management, response creation, final submission, and post-mortem reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Product, Security, etc.) to gather accurate, compelling responses.
• Ensure all submissions are aligned with Deel's value proposition, tone, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with existing RFP team members to develop and maintain a central knowledge base (e.g., via tools like Alicia).
• Improve and standardize processes, templates, and playbooks to support faster, higher-quality RFP execution.
• Monitor KPIs to assess efficiency, win rates, and overall RFP impact.
• Drive continuous improvement in RFP workflows, tools, and team collaboration.
Who You Are
• 2+ years of experience in RFP management, pre-sales, bid management, or related sales operations roles.
• Excellent project management skills – you know how to drive complex deliverables under pressure and on deadline.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail – you’re a natural at translating technical input into client-friendly messaging.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and time zones, with the ability to align stakeholders quickly.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments—you thrive at Deel speed.
• Bonus: experience supporting global sales teams, especially in HRTech, SaaS, or B2B software.
