Job Description
● Primary vendor manager to ensure correct vendor deliveries based on the signed contract.
● Lead kickoff and regular order status meetings while keeping stakeholders apprised. Escalate as necessary if vendor delivery timelines are at risk.
● Responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of vendor test results.
● Coordinate the patching request with the partner teams to ensure enough patch cord.
● Coordinate the schedule of the E2E testing and update the system records.
● Validate the completeness and accuracy of the vendor Turn Over Packages and coordinate with the respective team to complete the records documentation.
● Responsible for providing a vendor survey based on the client’s measuring parameters.
● Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely update of the Install Date, Acceptance status, and Physical Circuit ID, all of which are critical for billing processes.
