About the Role
The Quality & Reporting Lead will play a key part in strengthening our technical quality and risk management capability within the team. This involves introducing and empowering risk-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Developing simulation models to analyze maintenance strategies.
Creating reporting models to monitor asset performance changes.
Designing cost-benefit analysis and ROI models for reliability and maintenance initiatives.
Developing and maintaining core databases and logic for reliability and maintenance reporting.
Establishing a quality management framework with the team.
Maintaining reliability and maintenance performance cascades.
Requirements
A statistical and logical mindset with experience in performance measurements.
An MSc or BSc degree in a relevant field.
High proficiency in critical analysis, problem resolution, and data manipulation.
Experience with PowerBI, advanced MS Excel, and other data analysis tools.
Familiarity with combining technical and commercial data.
Preferably experience with asset reliability (RCM, CMRP, RME).
