A successful candidate will have the following experience:
3+ years of data engineering experience
3+ years of experience with AWS , including services such as S3, AWS Glue, Lambda, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose
Strong scripting experience with Python
Strong SQL experience – ability to write and optimize complex queries
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building end to end ETL pipelines
Experience with Airflow
Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)
Experience working with very large data sets in an enterprise environment
