Job Title: Data Entry Assistant (Work from Office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Assistant to join our team in a work-from-office setting. As a Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input, manage, and maintain a wide range of data for the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that all data-related tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Input data into the companys database, spreadsheets, and other systems as required.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system.
Maintain and update data records by reviewing and editing existing data as needed.
Data Management:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
Create, manage, and update databases and records to ensure timely and accurate data storage and retrieval.
Retrieve, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, or documents based on the entered data when required.
Quality Control:
Regularly audit the data for consistency and accuracy.
Perform checks and validation procedures to ensure no data errors, duplications, or discrepancies.
Flag and correct any errors or issues in the data in collaboration with relevant teams.
Administrative Support:
Assist the team with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and email correspondence.
Help with the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations using the data entered.
Provide timely responses to queries related to data or reports.
Communication and Teamwork:
Collaborate with team members, managers, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Follow up on data-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems.
Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
Confidentiality and Data Security:
Maintain strict confidentiality with regard to sensitive data.
Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure data security and privacy are upheld.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum qualification is 12th pass or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience is required, but previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
Basic knowledge of data entry software and online tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
