Key Responsibilities:
Accurately type and input data from various sources, including scanned documents, handwritten notes, and audio files.
Transcribe audio recordings into written documents with high attention to detail and minimal errors.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
Organize and manage files, databases, and spreadsheets as needed.
Perform regular quality checks on data to ensure it meets company standards.
Communicate with team members and managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
Assist in other administrative tasks or projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in typing with a high speed and accuracy.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision in data entry tasks.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.
Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work under minimal supervision
