Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Intern to support our team with accurate data management and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and fast typing speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across various databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Manage large volumes of information with precision and confidentiality.
Prepare and organize Excel reports, summaries, and data sheets as required.
Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
Assist in data analysis, record keeping, and basic documentation tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information updates.
Support administrative and reporting activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream) – Freshers welcome.
Technical Skills:
Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering, data validation, etc.)
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
