• Thoroughly reviewing completed work for errors, inaccuracies, or duplicated data before final submission.
• Maintaining meticulous records of progress, tasks, and files.
• Conducting online searches to obtain information from various websites.
• Inputting data accurately into spreadsheets, customer relationship management systems, and databases.
• Analyzing and interpreting data sheets and reports to identify trends and insights.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Data Entry and Typing skills
• Proven track record of performing Data Entry tasks with accuracy
• Prior experience in Data Entry is mandatory
• Consistent and high accuracy in typing
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the company
• Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Extensive computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems are essential for the candidate.
