Enter data into CRM systems, spreadsheets, or designated platforms
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the information
Maintain and update lead databases regularly
Perform email verification and basic contact enrichment
Support outreach campaigns by organizing data and contact lists
Follow guidelines to meet daily/weekly targets
Requirements:Prior experience in data entry, research, or lead generation is preferred
Proficient in using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
Nice to Have:Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
