Data Entry & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Lead Generation Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams. This is a remote position that requires accurate data handling, online research, and lead generation using various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Research and collect data from online sources (LinkedIn, websites, directories, etc.)
Generate qualified leads based on given criteria (industry, location, job title, etc.)
Enter data into CRM systems, spreadsheets, or designated platforms
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the information
Maintain and update lead databases regularly
Perform email verification and basic contact enrichment
Support outreach campaigns by organizing data and contact lists
Follow guidelines to meet daily/weekly targets
Requirements:Prior experience in data entry, research, or lead generation is preferred
Proficient in using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
Nice to Have:Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Knowledge of B2B sales or marketing processes
Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.)
Compensation:Based on experience or per project/lead basis
