We are a UK-based educational service provider with 12+ years of experience helping students achieve their dreams. Now expanding operations to India, we are looking for passionate individuals with strong communication and administrative skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign incoming leads to the appropriate team members based on predefined allocation criteria.
Ensure fair and optimized lead distribution to maintain team efficiency and balanced workloads.
Track lead status and follow-up progress through the CRM system (Zoho).
Ensure accuracy and consistency of all lead and counselor data.
Maintain and regularly update Excel records, and upload counselors’ activity reports to Google Drive and OneDrive.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience (0–2 years) in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is an added advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work from 12 pm to * pm
Monday to Saturday (Chembur, Mumbai)
