Key responsibility areas : –
• Managing data entry process for all Mortgage Cases – Checking mortgage AOF with KYC and other relevant documents as per Bank’s policy
• Leaps Entry – Capturing Customer details , Initiation of relevant checks, Sending Files for AIP and then Final Sanction
• Initiation and managing CPV, FCU, Legal and valuation
• Pre and Post disbursement documentation processing and managing disbursement queries
• Taking care of Post Disbursement Documentation
• Along with Kolkata she has also managed cases for Delhi and Mumbai cases as well
• MIS and data management
• Vendor bill payment
Additional responsibilities :-
• Data Entry for MUMBAI, DELHI files as part of Global Role
• UAT testing- Playing major role in UAT Testing , Raising defects, Working on JIRA software in SPRINT 1 & 2
• Working closely with IT team for implementation of New LEAPS system – V0.2
• UAT test on minimization Mortgage related SR, consolidation, formatting, reduction and preparation of new process flow
Achievements :-
• Error free Data processing and easy movement of files in LEAPS
• During this tough time also she has managed other location’s file processing and data entry
• She was also instrumental in some pilot projects on UAT sanction advice, events of Loan structuring due to Death, Divorce and Gift deed
• Maintaining NIL PDD status for the region
• All vendor payments are up to date
Rationality to the requirement –
• Prospect has Excellent data management skill
• Having sound knowledge in Product and mortgage processing
• Excellent relationship management with all external and internal clients
• Biz volume/No. of cases are increasing due to DSA sourcing, HAS sourcing and LVB branch sourcing
• Dedicated CSE/CSM required as East portfolio is growing at par with the expectations and we are aiming for 75cr. Portfolio by Dec-22
• East mortgage is planning to increase its footprints by opening next location at Bhubaneshwar as new Mortgage location
• Deemed prospect for CSM for the location as she is extensive product knowledge
