With a strong presence in international and domestic sales, our team handles large volumes of orders daily. We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our growing back-end operations team.
Job Responsibilities
Enter and update data in various software tools as per company instructions
Generate shipping labels using courier/shipping company software
Process and manage orders on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and order statuses
Ensure timely and error-free data input for smooth workflow coordination
Coordinate with the warehouse and order packing team for order fulfillment
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Good typing speed and accuracy
Prior experience in data entry or e-commerce operations is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
