Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and process new service orders accurately in a timely manner
• Review incoming data for completeness and accuracy
• Update customer records and service details
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Respond to basic inquiries and communicate with the team if any order issues arise
• Follow established procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
• Ability to work night shifts consistently (12 AM – 10 AM IST)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Good written communication skills in English
• Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month
