About the Role:
• Data entry from various sources into google sheet and zoho
• Lead tracking from emails and entry into sheets
• Creation and dissolution of whatsapp groups
• Ensuring data accuracy and tracking client payments
Location: Gurugram (On-site only)
Work Days: Monday–Saturday, 1 Sat off
Experience: 2–3 years
Reports to: Operations Manager
Compensation: Starting from 30k/month
Key Responsibilities:
• Zoho CRM Maintenance: Update and monitor lead stages, sessions booked, follow-up dates
• Workshop Records: Maintain data of every workshop attendee, inquiry, and session feedback
• Report Generation: Weekly MIS, workshop insights, sales conversion tracking
• Automation Support: Assist with automating workflows, tags, email responses
• Cross-Team Support: Share insights with Sales and Ops teams to improve efficiency
• Confidentiality & Integrity: Manage sensitive client records with complete discretion
Desired Profile:
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and formulas
• Quick learner, extremely organized, detail-oriented
• Prior exposure to coaching, wellness or workshop-based orgs preferred
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or Zoho Creator is a plus
