About the Role:

Omnicom Global Solutions India is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from internal documents into our client platform, TACTPlan.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify data before entry to ensure accuracy">
• Closely collaborate with Account and PM teams to ensure seamless execution">
• Maintain multiple projects updated in TACTPlan by ensuring timelines are updated, budgets are correct, and backup documentation is included">
• Identify discrepancies and communicate to PMO">
• Pull weekly reports from TACTPlan and transfer to internal template">
• Cross-reference information in TACTPlan with internal fee rec document and flag any differences">
• Review fee rec for missing information and work with Account and PM teams to ensure completion">
• Support with additional account-related tasks">
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information">
