We are seeking an experienced database administration expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in database management, with expertise in MS SQL Server, Azure, PostgreSQL, and DB2.
Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining database systems, supporting SQL server in Azure environments, and managing Azure SQL databases. You will also collaborate with project teams to understand database requirements, design, implement, and maintain database structures, and troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
Apart from these core responsibilities, you will be expected to implement best practices to enhance database performance and security, and manage databases on Azure Cloud to ensure seamless integration and optimization for cloud-based solutions.
