We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Input Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate and efficient data management across various platforms. Duties
Enter and update data accurately into company databases
Manage data collection from various sources, ensuring completeness and correctness
Perform data entry tasks with high typing speed, including order entry
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data verification, and record keeping
Support data migration projects and ensure consistency across multiple systems
Collaborate with team members to improve data collection processes and streamline workflows
Experience
Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support roles
Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for data verification and analysis purposes
Office experience involving filing, transcription, or order processing is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
Prior experience with pivot tables or advanced Excel functions is a plus
This role requires a candidate who is reliable, detail-focused, and capable of managing of data with precision. A background in office or administrative work will be advantageous in performing the duties effectively.
