Data Integrity Specialist
Compensation
Hourly : Approximately $45-46 per hour
Position Summary
The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Site Data Integrity Program. This role ensures that all data generated and managed across the site meets regulatory, quality, and business requirements. The position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of data integrity principles, and the ability to collaborate across functions to drive compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integrity Program Management
• Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Site Data Integrity Program
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of data integrity regulations, quality requirements, and industry expectations
• Identify data integrity risks and gaps, communicate findings to Site Management, and develop effective mitigation strategies
Data Quality & Compliance
• Coordinate data quality, security, and maintenance activities to ensure compliant data supports business processes
• Define data elements and establish policies and procedures for data collection, accuracy, and lifecycle management
• Conduct tests, audits, and assessments of data systems to ensure compliance and reliability
• Ensure data quality is consistently maintained to meet operational and regulatory needs
Process Mapping & Risk Reduction
• Create data process maps and support risk‑reduction initiatives for data owners and Quality representatives
• Provide expertise in data management for moderately complex projects
• Develop methodologies and metrics to track performance against Data Integrity objectives
General Responsibilities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• Follow all safety and health requirements to protect oneself and others
Knowledge & Skills
• Advanced knowledge of data integrity principles, quality systems, and regulatory expectations
• Ability to influence and apply industry concepts, theories, and best practices
• Works independently with minimal supervision, using judgment and experience to resolve complex issues
• May assist in training or reviewing the work of peers
• Regular interaction with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and external vendors
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Ability to travel occasionally for business needs
Physical Requirements
• Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear
• Frequently required to use hands for handling and reaching
• Occasionally required to stand and walk
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
