Resilience Multi Academy Trust is looking for an experienced solutions‑focused Data Intelligence lead to join the team. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead data intelligence across the Trust as part of the Central Services Team based at The Featherstone Academy, Pontefract.
As Data Intelligence Lead, you will lead the development and implementation of a Trust-wide data intelligence strategy that empowers leaders, colleagues, governance and stakeholders to make informed decisions that drive school improvement, enhance student progress, and support curriculum innovation. The role ensures that data systems and insights are aligned with the Trust’s strategic priorities while fostering a culture of evidence-based practice and continuous improvement across all academies.
To be successful in this role, ·you will have a proven ability to align data strategy with organisational strategic plans and demonstrate impact on educational outcomes. You
will have experience in leading data intelligence initiatives within an educational setting and hold strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will hold and articulate clear personal values and a moral purpose. You will embody the Nolan Principles and demonstrate integrity, creativity, resilience, and clarity, drawing on your scholarship, expertise, and skills, as well as those around you. You will bring energy, enthusiasm and inspiration to the the growing Trust.
