We are seeking an experienced Data Lake Engineer with a strong background in AWS services, particularly in building, maintaining, and managing data lakes.
Responsibilties:
• Develop, maintain, and manage data lake environments using AWS tools.
• Implement data feeds from raw data to staging, production, and delivery to data warehouses or BI tools.
• Create and maintain playbooks and configuration guides.
• Train team members on data services best practices.
• Set up roles, permissions, and security management for the data lake.
• Act as a Database Administrator (DBA) for data lake operations.
The Profile
Requirements :
• Extensive experience with AWS Data Lake services.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of RedShift, Athena, and data transformation processes.
• Ability to link various data sources, including proprietary products and established vendor solutions.
• Experience in setting up data processing workflows, triggers, and data transformation.
• Strong security management skills for data environments.
