Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Manager. The Data Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining data for the organization's various programs and initiatives. This will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making and program improvement. The Data Manager will also be responsible for ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
• Data Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting skills
• Experience in managing databases, preferably in the education or non-profit sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of data security and confidentiality protocols
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Knowledge of the education landscape and government policies related to education would be a plus
