Data Modeler

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models across relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.
• Implement and optimize RDBMS operational data stores (ODS), data marts, and data warehouses.
• Govern data architecture expansion and enhance data query performance through best practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement data strategies and build efficient data flows.
• Define and enforce data modeling standards, tools, and best practices for enterprise-wide data models.
• Identify architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces for data sources, automated data loads, and data visualization tools.
• Conduct hands-on modeling, design, configuration, installation, and performance tuning.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with relational, dimensional, and/or analytic databases (RDBMS, NoSQL).
• Strong expertise in data warehouses, data marts, and big data platforms across multi-data-center environments.
• Proficiency in metadata management, data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, ER Studio), and ETL processes.
• Experience with Postgres and AWS Athena; familiarity with Airflow, Health Care Data, and PowerBI is a plus.
• Ability to manage teams, communicate effectively and present technical information clearly.
