We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Specialist to join our team at Au Small Finance Bank. As a Data Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our database environments.
About the Role
The Data Protection Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing Imperva SecureSphere 14x, DSF, and DRA 4x to enhance database security and compliance. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing database activity through security monitoring tools, ensuring timely identification and response to any unauthorized access or activity.
In addition, you will design and implement database schemas, tables, indexes, and views in accordance with application requirements, as well as perform routine tasks such as backups, restores, upgrades, and patching.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Technical Skills
Proficiency in database management for Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
Basic understanding of Linux systems and environment.
Knowledge of basic SQL and SQL-based querying and troubleshooting.
• Security Expertise
Deep understanding of database security concepts, including data encryption, user access control, and auditing.
Experience with Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT) tools for database security monitoring.
Ability to manage security incidents and ensure database compliance with industry standards.
