What will you do: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements for various projects. • Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis. • Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to extract insights from data. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and trends. • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement. • Assist in designing and conducting A/B tests and experiments to support data-driven decision-making. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and machine learning. • Document and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders. • Collaborate with senior data scientists to refine and enhance analytical methodologies. • Continuously improve data quality and reliability by identifying and addressing data issues. • Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations. What will you need: • 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles. • Proficiency in SQL & MS Excel for data querying and manipulation. • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit learn). • Basic understanding of tabular data structures and formats. • Basic understanding of popular machine learning models commonly used with tabular data, including linear regression, logistic regression, Gradient Boosting Machines (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM), Random Forest, and Support Vector Machines. • Basic understanding of NLP & deep learning use cases. • Exposure to feature engineering techniques, such as encoding categorical variables and handling missing values. • Exposure to basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques. • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. • Familiarity with data visualization (Tableau preferred) tools is a plus.
