Job & Responsibilities
Designation: Consultant and Assistant Manager.
Core Technical Skills / Essentials
• High proficiency in at least one of Python / R
• Strong skills in data structures / related libraries in Python / R
• Experience in working on end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, model validation and refinement, user testing and deployment
• Good understanding of the machine learning algorithms (plus hands-on experience), probability theory and statistics
• Algorithms for regression and classification (e.g., Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, SVM algorithm or tree-based algorithms like Decision Trees, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting and XGBoost)
• Algorithms for clustering
• Algorithms for dimensionality reduction
• Neural networks
• Time Series: Algorithms like Holt-Winters, ARIMA, SARIMAX etc.
• Experience in ML libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras
• Good understanding of the database management tools e.g., MySQL
• Experience in AI & ML modelling in any of the cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• High-level proficiency in MS Office: PPT, MS Excel
Good to have Skills
• Competency in any one of the following areas: Image Analytics, NLP, Analytics for Manufacturing Set up (Asset Failure Prediction, IoT based analytics, Digital Twin)
• MLOps tools and frameworks (AutoML, CI/CD, MLFlow, KubeFlow)
• Experience in AI &ML modelling in any of the cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience in ML products such as Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker
• Experience in optimization techniques (LP, IP, MILP, GA) will be additionally preferred
• Experience with one or more optimization toolkits/libraries like CPLEX, Gurobi, and open-source solvers like CBC, GLPK
• Data visualization in a BI tool such as Power BI / Tableau or using open-source libraries in Python such as Matplotlib, Seaborn

Undergrad in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics
Masters in Statistics / Computer Science / Economics/ PG Diploma in Data Science
