Full–time
Shift - 2PM to 11PM
Excellent knowledge of Relational Database – Oracle
• Knowledge of AWS environment and good to have Terraform and Ansible skills
• Designing the database structures for new projects, good understanding of data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Materialized views and query rewrite functionality
• Install and Upgrade Oracle RAC Clusters
• Develop PL SQL Packages, Procedures ,Functions, Triggers
• Unix scripts for automatic processing of back end jobs
• Maintenance of all database objects and purging process of large tables
• Performance tuning which impacts the UI and back end jobs
• Work in a team with multiple team members involved, communication with both on-shore and off-shore team members
• Work on product support on analysis, fix and patch release process
• Provide emergency production support to 24x7 SLA requirement mission critical operations
• On-call responsibilities
• Gathering the requirement from project manager or the technical leads
Education Experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ Years of hands on database development and DBA experience
Personal Competencies
• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with debugging tools.
• Should be willing to work as individual capacity and in teams across geographies.
• Able to manage dependencies and timely manage priority.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Open minded, flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations.
• Focused on delivery.
• Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally.
• Must be a strong team player.
