• Advantmed is looking for DBA Manager who can provides strategic guidance and direction Formulates strategies to achieve plan objectives Designs.
• Plans, implements, manages highly complex projects.
• Handle software licensing policies Manage installation, maintenance.
• Monitoring of servers Disaster Recovery and Incident Response Planning Responsible for managing storage requirement for various application Managing Infrastructure.
• Ownership of service delivery for Database platforms Ensure 24x7 operation and services Represent the team during any high impact incidents and through the problem review process.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Database team Enable effective communication to management Optimize service availability and reliability.
• Actively manage and own the program plans and resolve issues Promote continuous improvement
• Identify and implement appropriate tools, technology and techniques Risk identification and Mitigation plan.
• Maintain and execute the service continuity plan Provide best practice guidelines on infrastructure and process
• Ensure cross- departmental and company interaction and implementation of best technical solutions and approaches Provides RCA report to upper management
