Job Description
Exp: 3-6 years; Database Administrator We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB databases, including designing, implementing, and maintaining databases, managing deployments, and ensuring best practices are followed. The candidate must be able to work during US Central time zone hours and be comfortable working with vendor support on any issues that arise. Responsibilities Design and implement SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB databases Ensure databases are properly maintained, including backups and restores Manage deployments and ensure best practices are followed Work with the security team to ensure database security Manage database migrations between servers and versions Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with databases Work with vendor support on any issues that require their assistance Develop and maintain documentation related to databases Collaborate with other IT team members, including the development team, to ensure system availability and performance Create Change Management Requests with IT and Development Support reporting team members with database queries and data requirements Provide Power BI (and other reporting platforms) support Work with the development team members for AI integrations Requirements 3 years of experience as a DBA, with a focus on SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB Excellent knowledge of database administration, design, and maintenance for SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB Experience with database migrations and deployments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Ability to work during US Central time zone hours Experience working with vendor support is a plus Familiarity with Change Management processes Experience supporting reporting team members with database queries and data requirements Experience providing Power BI (and other reporting platforms) support Familiarity with AI integrations
