Primary Responsibilities
• Provides Operational support in the management of databases on which KNA’s applications store/retrieve data, troubleshooting and resolution to Incidents and Alerts, including escalation to provider as needed The position requires availability for on-call rotation and to work outside regular business hours and on weekends.
• Following and enforcing policies and procedures, Supports the deployment of code and execution of complex tasks on KNA databases, including but not limited to Application deployments, O/S and Databases engines patches and upgrades, Data refreshes in non-production environments, Security changes
