Skills and Qualifications
• Experience Level: 3-5 years
• Experience working with Database Administration, Oracle DBA and Cloud database administration
• Manage Oracle databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to Enterprise grade production systems.
• End to end Oracle deployments & configuration as per standards in Hybrid Cloud environment.
• Experience in query tuning and troubleshooting(Performance tuning & optimization).
• Exposure with database Migration to AWS along with knowledge of managed database offerings.
• Basic level experience in Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting of other database technologies like MS SQL/MYSQL databases.
Responsibilities
• Provide support to the application development team for review of stored procedures, database structures and recovery processes.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization of operational processes to improve the reliability and efficiency of Operations.
• Share on-call responsibility to ensure operational coverage, this includes working in rotational shifts including weekends and/or public holidays
