We have urgent job opening for Database Administrator job in a well-established Pharma Company in Bangalore, Karnataka location.
JOB DETAILS:
Position: Database Administrator
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Salary: Industry Standards
Qualification: BCA/MCA/BE/BSC - Computer/IT
Experience: 3-5 Years in Pharma Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing and maintaining Oracle, MS SQL, and MySQL databases
• Perform Backup and data recovery activities of Oracle & MSSQL databases.
• Check alert log files of all databases and resolving table space-related issues.
• Resolving complex issues involving database performance, database capacity, resiliency, stability, and other key aspects of distributed database technology.
• Providing Oracle 10g/11g/12c database administration, database security and production support, primarily in a windows environment
• Day to day Backup of various health care instrument data and verifications on a need basis.
• To perform work as per GLP and GMP requirements and preferred to have previous healthcare/life science industry related work experience.
• Perform Internal & external audit & Compliance support.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors to resolve issues related to various health care related scientific applications.
