Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Remotely support our Cloud DB service in the field and provide an enriched and successful service experience.
• Work directly with large customers to replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Be a champion for our customers by going above and beyond to ensure customers are getting the most out of their investment in the Tessell Service.
• Improve the Tessell service by testing new features and developing tools to scale our deployments and auto-support infrastructure.
• Define and inspire changes to our service with our development engineering team based on feedback from customers and partner implementations
