Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, installing and managing our databases. You will ensure optimal database performance by analyzing database issues and monitoring database performance.
Responsibilities
• Manage database changes and re-designs.
• Analyze database issues and troubleshoot or configure the database accordingly.
• Drive automation of code
• Monitor database performance to ensure high levels of security and speed.
• Prepare documentations and specifications
• Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
• Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary
Qualifications and Skills Required -
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study
• Provision MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations
• Solid experience in DB Administration and Development
• Experience should be on Linux Platform Profile server resource usage and optimization
• Must have knowledge of MySQL DBA, Maria DB, Inno DB and Master slave replication
• Ability to work independently and think out of the box
• Good communication skills (English and Hindi )
