Location: RGA Tech Park, 2nd floor Block-2, Survey # 31/1, Chikkannhelli Village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk, Bangalore - 560035, India Provides product and technical knowledge, resolving issues surrounding installation, usage, upgrade, and training. May respond to customer calls and sends issue to appropriate level to satisfy customer requirements. Partners with Customer Service representatives to identify customer training and support needs.
