System Administration Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team, focusing on system installation, configuration, and maintenance. As a senior administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and reliability by managing SAP systems, performing upgrades, patches, and regular system maintenance, monitoring performance, and resolving system issues. Additionally, you will manage SAP transport and user administration, ensure system backups and recovery processes, apply updates with minimal downtime, support SAP migrations and integrations, maintain system security and compliance, and provide technical support within SLA.
Technical Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration. You should possess strong knowledge of SAP architecture, HANA, and database systems, as well as experience with SAP Net Weaver, SAP HANA, and system troubleshooting. Familiarity with SAP security, user management, and backup/recovery is also essential. Proficiency in operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows) and good communication and team collaboration skills are highly desirable.
