Job Description :
• University degree in information technology, business administration, management or related field.
• AWS certified cloud practitioner or higher
Skill Set
• Working knowledge of Relational database (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres…), application servers and SQL programming
• Analytical skills; Ability to diagnose & conclude systems and operational issues
• Significant experience in deployment of information systems and services, particularly in developing countries.
• Working knowledge of ticketing system(s), including issues prioritization, escalation and administration.
• Must be an individual contributor with excellent communication skill.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of operational management, metrics based processes and service delivery under ITIL
• Systems’ deployment and/or support on the cloud
