Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior MS Dynamics 365 HRIS Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge of HR processes, enabling them to deliver solutions that align with business needs. This role involves configuring the system, developing customizations, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of the HRIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business requirements for HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, performance management, and compliance.
• Configure D365 HR to meet functional requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational needs.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design workflows, policies, and processes within the HRIS.
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations for optimizing HR processes using D365 HR capabilities.
Technical Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize D365 HR components, including plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Create and maintain data integrations between D365 HR and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll systems, ERP, or third-party applications).
• Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS by implementing best practices.
• Build reports and dashboards in Power BI for HR analytics and insights.
Implementation & Support:
• Lead or support end-to-end D365 HR implementation projects, including requirement gathering, testing, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the HRIS, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support for HR staff.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Strategic Collaboration:
• Partner with IT, HR, and third-party vendors to drive HRIS projects and enhancements.
• Stay updated on new features, releases, and trends in D365 HR and recommend updates to enhance system functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Technical expertise in D365 HR configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Experience in developing customizations using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure Logic Apps.
• Proficiency in data integrations using tools like Data Integrator, SSIS, or APIs.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of system security, role-based permissions, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Human Resources or Power Platform (e.g., MB-+20, PL-400).
• Experience with payroll systems and integrating D365 HR with ERP solutions like D365 Finance & Operations.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with global HR standards and multi-country HRIS implementations.
