Job Description
Bramble is a busy, neighbourhood gastropub with a strong local following, and we’re looking for a personable, experienced daytime server who can confidently run a section.
This is not an entry-level role.
What you’ll be doing
Running your own section or even the whole restaurant with confidence
Handling volume while maintaining smooth, consistent service
Managing guests, timing, and flow throughout the shift
Keeping standards strong from open through peak
What we’re looking for
Solid serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Comfortable working independently when needed
Calm, aware, and efficient under pressure
Personable, with a natural ability to read guests and create a great experience
Strong sense of ownership over your section and service
If you’re reliable, sharp, and good with people, you’ll do well here.

Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour
